Certificates of analysis
A Certificate of Analysis is a record of what was tested, when, and by which method. It describes one batch — never a product line, and never a batch other than the one printed on it.
What the document tells you
A usable certificate names the compound, the strength, and the batch it was drawn from, states the analytical methods used, and carries a testing date. If any of those are missing, the document cannot be matched to a vial — and an unmatched document evidences nothing.
Finding your batch identifier
Compound, strength, and batch are printed on the vial label. The batch line is the one that resolves to a record here. It is repeated in your order history, so a lost label does not mean a lost identifier.

Locate the identifier
Compound, strength, and batch are printed on the vial label. The batch line is the one that maps to a documentation record.

Enter the batch identifier in the lookup above. Product name and lot number are also matched, so a partial identifier still narrows the list.

Read the record
The record states the product, batch, testing date, and whether a certificate has been uploaded. Where one has not, it says so instead of showing a substitute.
