By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms, that you accept them, and that you have the authority to accept them on behalf of the organisation you are ordering for.

If you do not accept these terms, do not place an order.

All products supplied by PepsFuel are intended exclusively for laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and must not be administered to humans or animals.

Ordering from this site is a confirmation that you are a qualified professional purchasing for legitimate laboratory research, and that you will not administer, resell, or repackage products for human or animal use.

The Research Use Only policy is part of these terms. Where the two documents overlap, the Research Use Only policy takes precedence.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and be affiliated with a research institution, laboratory, or business capable of handling research chemicals safely.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where the intended use appears to fall outside laboratory research.

Product listings, stock indicators, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors. Where an error is identified before dispatch we will contact you to confirm, amend, or cancel the order.

Stock is not reserved by adding items to a cart.

All prices are quoted in CAD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the page.

Canadian sales tax is applied at checkout based on the destination province or territory.

We currently ship to Canada only.

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery timing after dispatch is controlled by the carrier and is not guaranteed.

Because these products are temperature-sensitive research materials whose handling cannot be verified once they leave our control, returns are limited. The Returns & Refunds policy sets out exactly what is and is not accepted.

Where documentation is marked as pending, no result has been published and none should be assumed. Educational material on this site is background context, not protocol guidance.

Products are supplied for research use as described, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated in published documentation.

We are not liable for loss arising from use of a product outside its intended laboratory research purpose, from failure to store or handle it correctly after delivery, or from any administration to a human or animal.
